Escuyer offers premium quality socks, beanies and small leather goods produced in Portugal. What sizes are available? Our products are all One Size.
How can I order Escuyer products?
Online via our webshop at Escuyer.com. Items can be ordered individually, or as a subscription.
Can our products be ordered as a gift?
Yes. The recipient of the gift package will receive the items you have paid and chosen for them. You may also provide a custom message in the checkout.
How will I receive my order?
Escuyer will ship your items by post in its clearly labelled packaging to accommodate your subscription or individually selected items. Individual orders will be shipped after payment is approved. Subscriptions go into effect the day you register your plan on Escuyer.com and will continue to be mailed based on the selected frequency.
Which countries does Escuyer deliver to?
The geographical area of delivery for products bought on Escuyer.com is as follows:
- Europe: all countries
- Rest of the world: Australia, Canada, China, Honk Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, Macao SAR, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Thailand, UAE and the US.

How much does delivery cost?
Free delivery for all European countries above €50, below the amount:
- In Belgium: 5€
- In the EU countries and in the UK: 9€
- In the other European countries: 19€
In the US, free delivery above €75 | €19 below the amount.
In Australia, Canada and Honk King, €29 on all orders.
For 'rest of the world', €39 on all orders.
How soon can I expect my order?
Once payment is confirmed, Belgian customers can expect their orders to be delivered within 2 to 5 days. The rest of our customers across the EU should receive their package between 4 to 7 working days.
Which articles on the site can be returned?
The buyer has the right to return all the goods sold on Escuyer.com if they are intact, if the original packaging has not been opened and if all items of the product and accessories are sent back.The buyer has a legal right to fifteen (15) days as from the reception of the goods to tell his intention to return goods to us and to send the parcels. All disputes after this delay period will not be accepted.
The buyer, requesting a motion to return any ordered items, must initiate their request, notifying Escuyer by e-mail at email@example.com, and pay for the charges of returning the goods. The parcels must be sent back to Escuyer orders return c/o Basicsneed SPRL – Rue d’Alost 7/11 - 1000 Brussels, Belgium.
The reimbursement will be done after we have received the goods. Payment will be done on the account number and invoicing address communicated by the buyer, within thirty (30) days.

Escuyer accepts online payments through Visa, and Mastercard.
