How can I order Escuyer products?

Online, at Escuyer.com. Items can be ordered individually or as a subscription.

Can our products be ordered as a gift?

Yes. The recipient receives the items you have chosen and paid for. You can also add a personal message at checkout.

How will I receive my order?

We ship by post, in clearly labelled Escuyer packaging, whether you ordered a subscription or individual items. Individual orders are shipped once payment is approved. Subscriptions start the day you register your plan on Escuyer.com and are mailed at the frequency you selected.

Which countries does Escuyer deliver to?

We deliver products bought on Escuyer.com to the following areas:

- Europe: all countries
- Rest of the world: Australia, Canada, China, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, Macao SAR, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Thailand, UAE and the US.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free to all European countries above €50. Below that amount:

- In Belgium: 5€
- In the EU countries and in the UK: 9€
- In the other European countries: 19€

In the US, delivery is free above €100 and €19 below that amount.

In Australia, Canada and Hong Kong, €29 on all orders.

For the rest of the world, €39 on all orders.

Any applicable customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

For US orders over $200, we cover all applicable customs duties and import taxes.

How soon can I expect my order?

Once payment is confirmed, orders in Belgium are delivered within 2 to 5 days. Elsewhere in the EU, allow 4 to 7 working days.

Which articles on the site can be returned?

All goods sold on Escuyer.com can be returned, provided they are intact, the original packaging has not been opened, and every item and accessory is sent back. You have a legal right of fifteen (15) days from receipt of the goods to inform us of your intention to return them and to send the parcel. Disputes raised after this period cannot be accepted.

To return an item, notify Escuyer by e-mail at sales@escuyer.com. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense. Parcels should be sent to Escuyer orders return c/o Basicsneed SPRL – Rue d’Alost 7/11 - 1000 Brussels, Belgium.

We issue the refund once we have received the goods, to the account number and invoicing address you provide, within thirty (30) days.
