Vegetable tanned leather takes colour especially well, and red on this leather is rich rather than loud, a tone that deepens and softens with every season of wear.

Cut from smooth Italian vegetable tanned leather from a Tuscan tannery certified by the Genuine Italian Vegetable Tanned Leather Consortium, it is slowly tanned using natural plant extracts, giving it depth and suppleness that synthetic processes cannot replicate.

Handmade in Portugal by a small atelier specialising exclusively in leather goods. Edges are hand painted with organic paint. The gold Escuyer logo sits cleanly on the front face. Every piece arrives in a presentation box.
